Thank you for shopping with Temple Apparel — where faith meets fitness. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Tags must still be attached
  • Items must be returned in the original packaging, if possible

Items Not Eligible for Return:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Items marked “non-returnable” in the product description

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at tmplapparelco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, we’ll send you instructions and a return shipping address.
  3. Return shipping is at your expense, unless the item was incorrect or damaged.

Please note: We are not responsible for lost return shipments. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Email us at tmplapparelco@gmail.com , and we’ll help set up an exchange if the item is in stock.


Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
